What Is Your Turnaround Time?
The turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days, but there is a RUSH fee if you need your resume within 48 hours. I have been doing this for 20 years and can tell that any delay will be on your side once the process begins. Why? My process makes you think hard about your value proposition and target audience, and as I work with you toward clarity and clear goals, you might need a few days to think. Also, my client intake form is very detailed, making you think hard about your value proposition. 2. Send Me Your Information
Upload your existing documents and complete the online form to provide details regarding your contact information, e-mail address, and the position(s) you plan to pursue. You can fill out this form. Once an agreement has been reached and payment received, a detailed client questionnaire will be emailed to you to facilitate the development process.
3. Receive One-On-One Personal Attention
You will have a one-on-one consultation with me; I will strategically develop your resume and other job search documents targeting your current goals.
4. Review your Resume Draft
Your resume will be drafted and forwarded within 5 to 7 business days for your review and feedback.
Can I See Samples of Your Work?
Absolutely! Just go to my samples page and choose the career level appropriate to your current position, target position, or both. On the resume samples pages, you will find C-suite Resumes and Biographies, Executive Resumes, Professional-level resumes, and Information Technology resumes.
In Which Formats Can You Create My Resume?
Once you purchase a package, I will provide you with a Word, PDF, and Text (ASCII, Electronic) version of your resume and other related documents. Most employers use special filters and scanners or OCR for optimizing the hiring process. To get noticed by these filters, you must have an electronic scannable version of your resume. The electronic version is intended for posting online or sending via e-mail; you get this version with every resume package you purchase from me. All my resumes are keyword-optimized to get you past ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Do You Provide Revisions To My Resume?
You will receive unlimited revisions for 30 days at no extra charge. There is a caveat here. The biggest mistake some clients make is showing their resume to a wife, friend, husband, or colleague, and out of nowhere, we have a resume written by a committee. When this happens, and it does sometimes, you have to ask yourself why you hired a professional award-winning writer to begin with. So, if you keep changing things we previously agreed upon, there will be a charge, but unlimited revisions apply 90% of the time. Hope you see where I am coming from here.
Can You Guarantee My Privacy?
